UPS obviously delivered the package to the wrong address. Due to their investigation, UPS stated they were unable to find the package now I’ve been waiting patiently from Ross & Simon the shipper and merchant

UPS lost my package and now I haven't received a word from Ross-Simons.

Very timely response to questions I had prior to ordering. My order arrived much quicker than expected and were placed inside individual gift boxes, along with a velvet-like bag to store items.

Give high marks for the Byzantine bracelet that is edged in a gold beading. I grew up in Providence and had forgotten how beautiful jewelry is there. I definitely will be making more purchases from Ross Simon.
